Shadowing is a practical learning experience that brings first-hand experience to those interested in career and leadership development. Our Shadow Learning Series visits businesses and entrepreneurs in and around Pokhara valley to uncover aspects related to industry, organization, and entrepreneurship in Nepal.

This unique learning experience is designed to help participants better understand job particulars, get a sense of what’s available in Nepal, build confidence, and understand what it takes to succeed. Many organizations use shadowing to develop leaders and complement classroom learning.

This Shadow Learning Experience will take participants to GATE Vocational FAB school, a local academy focused on tourism and hospitality. Participants will learn about GATE’s diploma program, career trends in the hotelier industry, and the professional and academic opportunities involved in restaurant and service.
